Refund & Exchange Policy – SUIT

At SUIT, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our Refund & Exchange Policy below.

Returns & Exchanges Within Kuwait

Customers may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days from the date of purchase.

To request a return or exchange, please visit our store:

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in their original packaging.
• Be accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.

Inspection of Returned Items

All returned items will be inspected by our team before approval.

Returns will not be accepted if the item shows any signs of use, wear, damage, alteration, stains, odors, perfume, smoke, deodorant, or any other indication that the product has been worn or used.

If a returned item fails the inspection, the refund or exchange request will be rejected, and the customer will be required to collect the item or arrange for its return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Altered or customized garments.
• Items damaged due to misuse.
• Products without original tags or proof of purchase.
• Any item showing signs of wear or use.

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed via bank transfer only.

Cash refunds are not available.

Customers must provide accurate bank account details to receive their refund.

Refunds will be transferred to the customer's bank account within 14 business days from the date the return is approved.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately or visit our store within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

الاسترجاع والاستبدال داخل الكويت

يحق للعميل استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات المؤهلة خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء.

شروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال

للموافقة على طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، يجب أن يكون المنتج:

• غير مستخدم أو ملبوس.
• بحالته الأصلية بالكامل.
• مرفقًا بجميع البطاقات والتاغات الأصلية.
• داخل التغليف الأصلي.
• مرفقًا بفاتورة الشراء أو تأكيد الطلب.

فحص المنتجات المرتجعة

جميع المنتجات المرتجعة تخضع للفحص قبل اعتماد طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.

لن يتم قبول أي منتج في حال وجود أي آثار استخدام أو لبس، أو تلف، أو تعديل، أو بقع، أو روائح عطر، أو دخان، أو مزيل عرق، أو أي مؤشر يدل على أن المنتج تم استخدامه أو ارتداؤه.

في حال عدم اجتياز المنتج للفحص، سيتم رفض طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، وعلى العميل استلام المنتج أو ترتيب إعادته إليه.

المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال

• الملابس التي تم تعديلها أو تفصيلها حسب الطلب.
• المنتجات المتضررة بسبب سوء الاستخدام.
• المنتجات التي لا تحتوي على التاغات الأصلية أو إثبات الشراء.
• أي منتج تظهر عليه علامات الاستخدام أو اللبس.

آلية استرداد المبلغ

بعد فحص المنتج والموافقة على طلب الاسترجاع، سيتم تحويل المبلغ إلى الحساب البنكي الخاص بالعميل فقط.

• لا نوفر استردادًا نقديًا (كاش).
• يجب على العميل تزويدنا ببيانات الحساب البنكي الصحيحة.
• سيتم تحويل المبلغ خلال مدة تصل إلى 14 يوم عمل من تاريخ الموافقة على طلب الاسترجاع.

المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة

في حال استلام منتج تالف أو مختلف عن الطلب، يرجى التواصل معنا أو زيارة المعرض خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب. سنقوم بمراجعة الحالة واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب من استبدال أو استرجاع للمبلغ حسب الحالة.
